DO NOT GET FINED!!!    During the National Association of REALTORS® Open House Weekend, 25 agents were fined $1000 each for not having a CIS form at the open house.  If you will be conducting any future open houses, there are TWO things you MUST have…A CIS Form and your License information.  BE PREPARED and DON’T GET FINED.
