C.O.B.R.A. REAL ESTATE LICENSEE SAFETY CLASS, ESPECIALLY FOR REALTORS

GSCBOR will be hosting a C.O.B.R.A. Realtors safety training class, on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25th from 10:00 am -1:00 pm at the Association Office (registration & continental breakfast begins at 9:30 am).  Think about it…You’re meeting a person – generally alone & mostly in an empty property.  You may be all over the web & social media, allowing anyone to profile your potential assets, looks, work patterns, etc.  This is known as a “crime by appointment.”  You show up with assets, credits cards, laptop, iPad, etc., and a car, all of which are ideal for a criminal running low on funds.  Do you look like a soft target or a hard target in the eyes of a criminal?  Learn how to avoid dangerous situations before they even start.  Class is limited in size.  Must register through NJR’s ACE platform.  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

                                                                  CANNED FOOD DRIVE

It is sad to say that there are many local families who are struggling to put food on their tables.  These are families in our own communities, the communities that WE serve.  Please help us fight this hunger problem by participating in our Food Drive.  From September through October 21st, we will be collecting non-perishable food items for our local food pantries.  start the collection at your office and donations can be dropped off at the Board office Monday through Friday each day.  We are also available to pick up any collection at your office.  Call us at 856-345-1116 or email:  maria@gscbor.com and let us know a date and time that would be convenient.  Help us fight food insecurity.  Help us strengthen our Communities.
