This course provides a general overview of the mortgage industry including a discussion of loan programs, credit reports, underwriting guidelines, interest rates and market updates to cross train real estate agents and enable them to identify additional sales opportunities. In addition, learn where mortgages and title intersect — and how hidden title issues can derail financing, delay closing, and cost everyone time and money.
