The History of GSCBOR

Our Legacy and Support for South Jersey REALTORS®

Our roots date back to the late 1930's

When the Gloucester County Board of REALTORS® began a small group of REALTORS® started meeting in Woodbury. Over time, we grew into a progressive organization. Key early members included William R. Storrie, our first president, and others like Oats Holston and the Crist brothers.

In the 1980s, we developed a modern multiple listing service and secured permanent headquarters in Mantua, NJ. We achieved this significant milestone under the leadership of President Dena Green Kimmerley.

In 1991, we merged with the Salem County Board, becoming the Gloucester Salem Counties Board of REALTORS®. We are proud members of the National Association of REALTORS®, and the New Jersey REALTORS®, and shareholders of the Bright Multiple Listing Service.

Throughout our history, we have upheld the highest standards of business ethics. We continue to serve our communities with integrity and dedication.
